IN RESPONSE TO: I'm the Chat Whore

Everyone is busy with kids or video games. I used to check like once or twice a day, and even that was hard.

    IN RESPONSE TO: Friday Politics

Jan, I have tons of respect for our country and the laws as they were originally set up. But this country has long since left that with tons of executive orders, secret courts, and people within the Lettered Services working actively to derail a candidate.

What is funny to me is that their "meddling" could have been done by any american citizen: Posting random crap on social media. Far less than our own business men do. It is a red herring. Makes the libs feel better... to draw attention away from A very Crooked Hillary Clinton.

They deleted all your reviews because people were sending you stuff? That is Jacked up! Weren't you spending a ton of time on reviews? Back to more metal detection?

Gamelore What game isn't a waste of time? If you don't enjoy them, don't play them.

IN RESPONSE TO: Game: Stardew Valley

I love this game, i have about 100 hours into it, not only that, but it is something even my wife can play. It is just super chill do what you want. No real timelines, no real penalties. It is kind of like Harvest moon. A network co-op version is supposed to enter beta here in a few months. After you beat the game you can go back through and do self imposed challenges (My last one was not buying seeds, all of them must be found, from gifts, or created via seed machine).

Yeah, blew me out of the water when you said you had a kid! I think it is great and that you enjoy having her so much. Super sad when parents don't want their kids. You are an awesome dad, keep doing fun things with your kids!

    IN RESPONSE TO: Ultrasonic Cleaner

We have lab grade version of these at work (called sonicators). We use them to break apart solid chemicals that wont dissolve easily. You can use it to decarbonate a soda in 2-3 seconds. Warning though: Can HAS to be open, or you are making a bomb. Also, it makes a mess as you can imagine.

Depending on the power it can feel really weird when you stick your hand in it. When some people stick their hands in it, you can see the dead skin cells coming off in a fine cloud (kinda gross).

Anyway, that is just screwing around. You should try some of the recipes.

    IN RESPONSE TO: Bitcoin Mining?

Buying an Asic is a risk no matter what you are mining. The thing is that the market moves so quickly, your asic might only have a few months of mining potential before the difficulty factor is ramped up again due to new better Asics on the market. Then you are left with hardware that really cannot do anything of value.... it isn't worth even pennies. So it becomes a gamble. Are the Asics you plan on buying going to pay for themselves before they are obsolete?

20 years? Really? I swear, time flies. It seems like you just hit 15 years. Even 10 years doesn't seem that long ago.... Wow had already been out for 3 years. Man I am getting old.

IN RESPONSE TO: Blizzard Social Groups

Is the dischord group gonna shift to the blizzard client?
    Posted: October 24th, 2017 @ 3:01PM

There are simple chemical tests you can do at home to test if something is silver or not. Obviously the silver is reacting with the chemicals so you need to apply it, see the results and clean it off really fast.

I think the whole kneeling or refusing to cover their heart is disrespectful, but let them do it. There are WAY more disrespectful libs out there than that. BUT supervillain is totally right, no tax money should be going to sports teams.
