Recipes for people who suck at cooking like me =)

Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Get some San Francisco Sourdough or French sliced bread. They have big fat ones but the smaller normal ones work best. Put butter on the outside of the slices. Use Longhorn Chedder cheese (or whatever) and put them on the pan on the oven. Set it at a few above medimum and keep flipping it over. Just watch it and keep seeing if the cheese is melted. Make sure it's not long enough to burn.

Combine with Tomato soup, nice!

Taco Bell Sauce and rosarita
My friend in high school taught me this one. You grab a can of rosarita refied beans and stir about 2-3 packs of taco bell hot sauce into it (medium or hot). Suddenly that's some good stuff and it breaks up the beans enough so that they aren't so thick without using water. Now just make a burrito, haystacks or whatever. Once you start, you just can't stop. Sometimes you can find tacobell sauce in the store, but I like ripping it offa in large numbers from the stores themselves :)

Apple Sauce on Toast
Put some bread in the toaster, toast it.
Pull it out, put some butter (optional) then peanut butter.
Cover it in apple sauce (cold or hot) and cut it up like waffles.

Pineapple & Cottage Cheese
Get the Pineapple chunks, mix it with cottage cheese. It's kinda good :)

Go down to Wall-mart and they have a selection of mini-ovens. Get a Black and Decker one, or be cheap and get the no named brand. You can then use it to cook stuff and it's way easier than using a big oven.

Warm it up for 5 minutes at 450 degree. Make a split down the middle of the Potato with a knife (so it doesn't explode) then cook it for 1 hour 15 minutes.
