Update: T-Mobile seems to do a better job with spam calls. On Verizon I'd get like 5-10 a day. This time I only got 2 and they wee labeled LIKELY SPAM. etch haha.
Update: finally switched over off Verizon hopefully. Fuck Verizon. T-Mobile the store people have been awesome. It's a hip group of millenials. haha. I switched to my Note 8.
Update: we shipped the phones to Oregon to avoid the sales tax. She's gonig to fly to pick them up (free flying) hahaha.
Fuckers are still mailing me in SPANISH.
In the process of switching to T-Mobile after like 12-14 years of Verizon. The experience is not going well so far. They started emailing me in Spanish, we called to complain. They send us an equipment agreement in Spanish. They can't seem to fix it.

|I hate T-Mobile. Years ago I was with a wireless provider called Suncom who was bought by T-Mobile. I was in a plan that charged for text messages under Suncom but I noticed under T-Mobile it said I had "free messaging" and I wasn`t being charged. I even called to confirm this was correct. This went on a few months then out of the blue with no warning they charged me for them. I called to say I was told I wouldn`t be and they basically called me a liar even though they had a record of my call. I cancelled on the spot, even ate a $300 cancellation fee. Will never go back to them. Currently I have Cricket and I like it, only downside is d/l speed max of 8 mbps.|

So yeah, their phone service for me is great, their customer service is pretty lacking.
I have been on Sprint and AT&T. My work phone is on Verizon (which I don't pay for), and out of all of them, T-Mobile has been the best still.
As for what you said spoilsport, I don't blame you for dropping them like a bad habit. I have done the same to many companies even if their service is great. You call me a liar, you get zero of my money.
