Costco got rid of American Express and 83 million people have to switch over to Citibank. But their site is complete crap. Navigating it is horrible compared to the updated American Express site. Every time I create a password and login, it forgets it and I have to do forget password, and start all over. My authorized user can't use their card. Some of their pages don't even load and say try again later. Just complete shit. I want nothing to do with them but you're forced to because of Costco.

|that's too bad. took me about one minute to activate the new card but i wasn't able to link my citi online login to it. that's not a good sign.|
