Chase Bank is the WORST

Update 9/10 - Just when you think they can't get any worse. They've decided to shut down my credit card because of losing a relationship with the CAR I have. I was using the card to earn money to fix my car whenever it breaks. I've earned like $3,000+ in free repairs. It's the best card I've ever had. Now those jerks are ending it. The Subaru dealer wanted to know where I even had that thing, they said you can't even get them anymore. Now I know why. I'd love to 100% ditch Chase but they have the Disney Card which offers 6 MONTHS of no interest on their cruises. So I'm stuck with those jerks still. I think I'll shut down my bank account and credit card with them though.
Chase + Bank America + Citibank.
Citibank conned me into signing up with them for their whole points system, only to never give me a single point despite doing all their bullshit steps. They also somehow lost my account information to someone in Brazil. I never even used my card anywhere.
They all blow. As far as I know, all of them now want a direct deposit, minimum balance or they charge you $10.
I started with Washington Mutual, which was the best bank I've ever had. Then the aholes Chase gobbled them up and turned it to complete shit.
Chase are such fucks that they want a direct deposit or $1,500 minimum but if you EVER even dip below $1,500, they charge you an instant $10 fee. Those pieces of shit even charged me TWO $10 fees when I had a balance of $1,510 for a whole month. Then the dumb bitch on the phone couldn't even explain why. It made no sense.
If you don't watch your account, they try to rob you then when you ask for the money back, they say oh the period has expired now.
I hung up on the lady after she reversed the fees. I said are you willing to lose my business for $20?
I just use these banks as my physical bank. My main is Schwab which totally rules but if you just want to do things in person, you're screwed there. So I dump some money into a real local bank just in case.COMMENTS | BUSINESS | DIGG
