They're the best of the worst but I hate them so bad. We just wanted to change ownership on the account and we were in the store like an HOUR including 30-45 mins on the phone AT the store. They were supposed to call back and confirm everything, 2 hours goes by, they never responded. Then it wasn't over, later in the day, it was another 25 min call cuz the first person didn't do anything after all that 45 mins. The first one was the worst Customer Service rep I've ever experienced. They must do like 8 calls a day.

|Their internet isn't much better. I have FIOS and when I moved I called and scheduled an installation in the new place. I even got a confirmation email. When the time for the appointment came and went I called and they had no record of the installation order being placed. This happened not once, but twice.|

|Just yesterday, my daughter was at a different carrier getting another phone. She wanted to transfer her old number from Verizon. She called from the store to get her account info and was put on hold...for 30 mins. She finally hung up and called back. They had already closed. She ended up getting a new number. It isn't a big deal since she had that prior number only a year, but talk about horrible service.|
I have FiOS at home and haven't had problems with it though, they came when they said they would, connected it quickly, and I have been getting 63/63 (with a promised 50/50). With that I have been pretty lucky I guess.
