save my .kdb file to an online locker sync'd folder on my local drive so computer crash will mean nothing to password access.
I probably have about 50 passwords stored in it right now, and at least 25 of them are randomly generated single use. proper password management should be considered a requirement for anybody who wants to internet.
This is one thing apple did right a decade ago with their keychain. |

| I've been using Lastpass now for about 6 months.
I'm happy with it on my PC, but it lacks the type of hooks I'd like it to have on Android and iOS.
They do seem pretty committed to extending their services though. They've upgraded a lot in just 6 months. |

| I vote for Lastpass as well. I use it and it`s pretty damn good. It lets you extract your password file, encrypted or unencrypted so I back it up myself just in case. |

| LastPass is great for websites and/or personal passwords. It`s primarily a browser plugin and you have one "LastPass" to get into it. It then autofills/autologs you into all of your websites. A very nice security feature is when you start generating strong, unique passwords for every website. It`s a little worrisome at first when you don`t know the password you use to get into your bank website, but once you get used to that it`s really nice.
I also use KeePass at my work. We put the encrypted password db file on a file share and centrally store all of our service account passwords there. For my needs, KeePass is great for non-website, non-personal passwords. |

| Lastpass also supports two-factor auth via google authenticator on your phone or a yubikey, or perhaps other ways. I strongly recommend setting up two factor auth with google and lastpass. Dead simple to do, and much more secure. |
