IN RESPONSE TO: Why you can

Ironic considering the money you spend on any game could have been used to save a real live child in some poor country. Think about it. Oooooh.

IN RESPONSE TO: Annoying Bike Rider

The cyclists around where I live ride at night dressed in all black with no helmet, I should really put "cyclists" because most of them are just stoners who can`t afford a car and/or are too high to drive.

    IN RESPONSE TO: Apple Itouch

the great thing about the iPhone is it`s basically a PC in your pocket, there`s apps for pretty much every thing you would want, for example I play guitar and there`s a guitar tuner / metronome app that has more features than my actual guitar tuner. The games are obviously not as good as a straight gaming device like the PSP, but they`re addictive enough, there`s a great tower defence game already (fieldrunners) and a pretty nice turn based strategy game (lux), not to mention wolf 3D and the other classic games that people are porting over.

I`d say getting an iPod touch would still be worth it if you have regular access to WiFi, because you can still surf the net, check emails etc.

IN RESPONSE TO: Do You Know How Deaf You Are?

I`m a musician who used to play in a rock band twice a week without earplugs, I`m surprised I was able to hear up to 17

    IN RESPONSE TO: Gay Marriage

Reading stuff like this I`m glad I don`t live in America or anywhere religious.

People being gay, and gays getting married doesn`t hurt anyone, yet people are intolerant of it because their values originate from a society 2000 years ago where slavery and stoning people to death were the status quo.

It`s funny how religious people are so obsessed that humans are somehow above animals, yet their practices (i.e. outcasting those who are different) is the kind of behaviour you`d find in the animal kingdom, not in a supposedly civilized society.

The Redskins lost at home, Obama will win.

    IN RESPONSE TO: Evening Links

Surely that woman is not the first bedridden person to commit a crime - what about disabled, sick or old people who can`t leave their houses. There must be a procedure for that kind of thing.

IN RESPONSE TO: The Big Lebowski

Always been one of my favourite movies. It`s rare that a comedy has such rich characters and all the humor is character driven. All the music in the movie is awesome as well.

Gotta agree with Bloodclot, conversely 100% of movies based on games suck.

IN RESPONSE TO: I hate tea!

I used to hate tea as well, then I gave up sugar for a while and I started drinking it because it was basically the only thing I could drink other than water - after a while I developed a liking for it and now I drink at least a couple of cups of tea a day even though I`m eating sugar again.

    IN RESPONSE TO: Battlestar Galatica

Yeah I`ve got the last two eps sitting unwatched on my comp, the prospect of watching them almost feels like a chore.

I get the feeling that midway through season 3 they ran out of plot and just started making it up as they went each episode. None of the plot developments or characters are believable anymore

IN RESPONSE TO: Anti-Emo Riots Break Out Across Mexico

If I ever heard a politician use the word "Clusterfuck" in a real sentence he would automatically have my vote no questions asked.

IN RESPONSE TO: A Day at the Beach in Korea

At least it`s better than North Korea where the beaches are kept off limits with barbed wire to prevent people from trying to swim to another country.

yeah I don`t get the second one either. I still like these, half the fun is figuring them out.

IN RESPONSE TO: Heroes is retarded

I thought this was the best show on TV until the let down that was the last 3 eps of season 1. I`ve been watching season 2 and it`s had its moments, but I`m not expecting anything great to come out of it.

IN RESPONSE TO: More advice for woman seeking $500K+ man

It`s funny how this chick can`t understand why rich guys sometimes have plain wives, as if the notion that they might actually like a girl for something other than looks has never even crossed her mind.

IN RESPONSE TO: More advice for woman seeking $500K+ man

I still don`t get why women are so obsessed with marrying rich guys, why not just make your own money and then marry someone you like?
