I play stitches and I have to say I loved this video and that I'm so pumped about this game.

Since the latest patch the game is much improved, if you played it earlier and were turned off by it you might be surprised how much better it is now. It's still in alpha, but it's already awesome.

One suggestion I have would be to make the announcers voice for one of the maps Deckard Cain, that would be great.

IN RESPONSE TO: 30 miles a day?

the average diet of a woman is 1700 calories per day and the average diet of a man is 2500 and since he didn't specify if it was a man or a women I gave an approximate average of 2000. There is no way that the average american can consume 5000 calories a day. Maybe the average obese american does, but based on his description of the person it seems like they are a normal build.

It is not a bad myth to say that if you walk or run a mile the calories burned for that mile are the same and that number is roughly 100. It's true that if you run you burn more calories after the fact, but the base number for 1 mile of work is 100 calories and that's based on physics. If in fact this person did do some running that would only emphasize my original point which was that this person must have gone way out of there way to sustain a diet to run/walk that distance.

IN RESPONSE TO: 30 miles a day?

You burn 100 calories per mile whether you're walking or running so this person was burning 3000 calories a day for 15 days. The average diet is about 2000 calories, so he'd have to go way out of his way to sustain a diet to be able to walk that much. You can't just eat big macs and drink milkshakes to pull that off.

I would think the best chance of finding something valuable would be in these areas. Not sure what your goal is, but I can see someone losing a diamond earring or ring or something.

As far as having no soul...I think that living up to expectations can be very difficult for the younger generation. Their parents were probably never around. My guess is they weren't around to do much parenting let alone give spiritual guidance and you end up with a soulless child who grows up having to constantly compensate for not being good enough or feeling neglected..whether it be using drugs, or lounging around playing ingress 24/7, they will never be a whole person unless they can create a separate life where they are relevant. The parents support their ridiculous behavior because they themselves don't want to feel like failures. It's people chasing one mirage after the other to feel better about themselves.

These movies piss me off so much. I watched transformers growing up and loved the cartoons. The amount of talent they can hire to write the stories and they end up being a pile of shit every time. I will still go see it and dream about what the movie could have been.

The salt pump doesn't pump nutrients into your muscles. The salt pump exchanges potassium and sodium ions from within the neuron to outside the neuron cell. The reason this exchange happens is due to the electrical charges of the potassium and sodium ions. ATP(cell food) is used as energy to open and close the pump. During the exchange there is an electrical charge applied to the cell which in effect passes a signal from one end of the cell to the other. This signal carries information that comes from the brain and is passed from neuron to neuron by the charge created from potassium and sodium moving through the salt pumps.

The type of information the neuron receives is dependent on where the neuron is located and what is happening in the body. It can range from pain signals to mood and even effect autonomous parts of the body like heart rate and breathing.

I would imagine the reason they call potassium and sodium electrolytes is because of the electrical signal they conduct when being passed through the "salt pump". This is unverified.

It is very dangerous to not only be short of electrolytes but to disrupt the ratio of salt vs fresh water in the body. If there is too much fresh water in the body there aren't enough electrolytes to conduct the brain signals along the neural pathways and major systems will fail..such as heartbeat or breathing.

IN RESPONSE TO: 24 Things You Should Know Before Starting A Vinyl Collection

I'm surprised they don't mention that you should always buy virgin vinyls. Some of the older vinyls are made with recycled vinyls. They used material made from vinyls that had been remelted but with the cover still on..The paper over time ruined the quality of the vinyl and if you listen to some older records you can hear that it's really grainy.
